Who can join our Strength & Conditioning Classes?

Strength & Conditioning Classes, also called S & C can be joined by everyone who wish to improve their fitness. It’s a great way to improve your stamina and strengthen your body. Our S & C Classes are perfect for:
Anyone from beginner to an advanced person
Those who wish to work on their cardio
Athlethes who wants improve performance and/or fitness
Athletes that want to keep up their stamina

In our S & C Classes we will be doing a lot of movements therefore you can join us with a comfortable sport outfit.

Price to join our S & C Clases

If you are not a member, you can join us for a trial or drop-in session. If after your trial you are convinced that our S & C classes is for you and decide to take a monthly membership, we pay you back your trial. This offer is only valid on the same day, directly after the session.
