Build a Strong Striking Foundation with Our Fundamental Classes. Whether your goal is boxing,   K-1, Muay Thai, or MMA, a solid striking foundation is essential. Our comprehensive classes cover all the essential skills, including:
Proper stance to punch and kick
Footwork and movement
Holding a guard and blocking punches/kicks
Slipping, ducking and rolling punches
Work on your overall evasiveness

Come as You Are: No Special Equipment Needed. 

Our beginner classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. Simply arrive in comfortable workout attire, and we'll provide the essential equipment for your training.
Boxing gloves for Rp25.000,-
Shin pads for Rp20.000,-
Hand wraps for Rp10.000,-
Prioritize Your Health and Safety: Invest in Essential Gear. 

For optimal hygiene and safety, we recommend purchasing your own mouthguard and hand wraps if you plan to join our fundamental classes regularly. These items will help protect you during training and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Price to join our beginners lessons

Try a Class and Join the Mejiro Gym Bali Community. Experience the thrill of kickboxing with a risk-free trial or drop-in session. If you decide to join a monthly membership on the same day, we'll waive your trial fee.

Our fundamental classes are open to all Regular and Unlimited Mejiro members, providing a solid foundation for your martial arts journey.
