What you need to join our boxing classes

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our boxing classes are designed to meet your needs. Simply come dressed in comfortable workout attire, and we'll provide the necessary equipment.
Boxing gloves for Rp25.000,-
Hand wraps for Rp10.000,-
For optimal hygiene and safety, we recommend purchasing your own mouthguard and hand wraps if you plan to join our boxing classes regularly. Available to purchase at our Sport Outlet, in-person or through Tokopedia.

Not a member yet? Try a boxing class in a drop-in session! If you decide to join after your trial, we'll reimburse you the cost. This offer is valid only on the same day, immediately following the class.

Frequently Asked Questions

What level do I need to join boxing lessons?

All levels are welcome. Beginners can master the fundamentals of boxing, including footwork, guard, and punching techniques. More advanced students can refine their skills by drilling combos and working on their overall evasiveness.

Is sparring involved in boxing lessons?

Our boxing classes typically include three rounds of light sparring. Don't worry if you're new to sparring; the focus is on technique and movement, not power. Your sparring partners will go easy on you so you can learn and improve.

Are there a lot of injuries sustained in boxing lessons?

Injuries are rare in our boxing classes. Most of the training focuses on drilling techniques, so you'll always know where the punches are coming from. Our focus is on improving your technique and movement, not applying excessive power.

Remember, you won't get better if you're injured. By training consistently and safely, you'll improve your skills without the risk of serious injuries

How old do I need to be to join your boxing lessons?

Kids and teenagers can join us when they are 12 years old or above. If your child is below 12 years old, he / she is welcome in our kids classes.
