All levels are welcome. Beginners can master the fundamentals of boxing, including footwork, guard, and punching techniques. More advanced students can refine their skills by drilling combos and working on their overall evasiveness.
Our boxing classes typically include three rounds of light sparring. Don't worry if you're new to sparring; the focus is on technique and movement, not power. Your sparring partners will go easy on you so you can learn and improve.
Injuries are rare in our boxing classes. Most of the training focuses on drilling techniques, so you'll always know where the punches are coming from. Our focus is on improving your technique and movement, not applying excessive power.
Remember, you won't get better if you're injured. By training consistently and safely, you'll improve your skills without the risk of serious injuries
Kids and teenagers can join us when they are 12 years old or above. If your child is below 12 years old, he / she is welcome in our
kids classes.
